There's a new real estate app in town.  It's called Homeroamer.  And it's pretty cool.  

Homeroamer allows someone to use their smartphone to locate real estate listings in the immediate area.  The prospect can check out everything from price to size and even contact details of the agent.  They can also view the pictures of the property right on their mobile device's screen.

So, if you like a neighborhood, drive or take public transit there.  Turn on the Homeroamer app and voila! You'll see all the listings in the desired neighborhood of your choice.

For agents, this is a great tool to use.  Make it easy for prospective home buyers to contact you by having all your contact details on the Homeroamer app.
